CANBERRA, Feb 8 (Reuters) – Support for Australia’s Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and a carbon emissions plan backed by his government is slipping ahead of elections this year, but Rudd’s Labor remains clearly ahead, a poll showed on Monday.
