Lowest CO2 smart car gets a power push

A revised version of the current lowest C02 emitting conventionally fuelled car, the smart fortwo cdi will offer a more powerful ride. An additional 9bhp will unleash 21 per cent more power from the three-cylinder engine, and delivers an extra 18 per cent torque (130Nm).

And whilst the 54bhp smart cdi will be quicker off the blocks
