EU Commission: Spain To Reopen Carbon Market Wednesday


BRUSSELS -(Dow Jones)- Spot trading on the European carbon market will resume Wednesday at 0700 GMT in Spain, the European Commission said Monday.

Spain will become the seventh country to reopen its carbon market following last months’ breach of security in the market.
