Two new nationwide surveys conducted by InsiderAdvantage for American Solutions reveal that 67% of Americans do not support the passage of a cap-and-trade plan to regulate carbon emissions, if it will raise the cost of energy between $800 and $2,500 per household.
This number rises to 68% when the respondent realizes that such a plan will likely result in a loss of 1.3 to 2.3 million American jobs.
