Valley in line for affordable ‘zero carbon’ homes

THREE areas of the Calder Valley will be at the forefront of developing affordable “Zero Carbon” homes after a decision by Calderdale Council’s Cabinet on Monday .
It is proposed that the homes will be built in Cornholme, Hebden Bridge and Luddenden Foot
