A major difference of opinion has come into the open between shipowners’ associations on how to curb CO2 emissions.
Last week shipping industry associations of Australia, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and the UK have launched a discussion paper detailing a practical solution for reducing CO2 through emissions trading.
