REGINA _ Saskatchewan and Montana appear ready to take the plunge into an agreement that would see carbon emissions pumped underground.

Premier Brad Wall said Tuesday that he expects the province and the state will sign a deal on carbon sequestration during an upcoming visit to Saskatchewan by Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer.
