Governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger, has commended the Maldives’ plan to go carbon neutral, during a meeting held with Vice President Dr Mohamed Waheed, in the latter’s ongoing visit to the United States. Governor said that the carbon neutral plan was a very important step taken by the government of Maldives.
