UPDATE 1- LONDON, Oct 20 (Reuters) – The reform of a U.N.-run carbon offset scheme is in danger of being overshadowed by other issues at international climate talks later this year, the head of an emissions trading lobby group said on Tuesday.

POLL-EU gets carbon permit supply right for 2008
LONDON, Feb 18 (Reuters) – Europe avoided giving industry too many carbon permits under its Emissions Trading Scheme in 2008, ending a three-year trend of over-allocation that badly undermined the market, a majority of analysts say.
