		<description>The &#039;National Carbon Offset standard&#039; has received much input from stakeholders who are looking to maintain their business models (especially in the NGO sector) with the upcoming (commercial) CPRS/ETS.  A major talking point is creating and maintaining additionality on offset purchases when the Australian government will count these units towards Kyoto commitments under the cap.
