Even without the effects of rising CO2 levels in the atmosphere world temperatures would have increased. With a world human population of over 6 billion, cattle 1.5 billion, oxen 0.75 billion, sheep 1 billion the effects of mammels on earth is bound to raise temperatures. Using energy created by the sun in the past will increase temperatures. Nuclear energy may be low carbon but is not low heat. All sources of power will increase temperatures even wind, tidal, geothermal, etc. We must reduce the amount of heat we produce. To produce vast amounts of heat to store some CO2 is self defeating. CO2 has far more O than C, by weight. Why create more heat just to store O? I feel some basic rethinking is required. We must reduce energy use and sequester 'Carbon', not CO2.
