MODERATOR: Good morning and thank you for being at this press conference. Here with us today is Juan Rafael Elvira Quesada, the Environment and Natural Resources Secretary; Yvo de Boer, the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC); and the Foreign Ministrys Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights, Ambassador Juan Manuel Gómez Robledo. They are going to discuss the coordination between the Mexican federal government and the UN Secretariat for the organization of the Climate Change Summit that will be held in Cancun late this year. Environment Secretary Elvira has the floor.
