Rockefeller bill would delay EPA CO2 rule


WASHINGTON, March 4 (UPI) — Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV, D-W.Va., introduced a bill that would delay Environmental Protection Agency regulation of greenhouse gases from smokestacks.
