ND AG wants change in Minn. carbon regulations


BISMARCK, N.D. Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty supports changing a state law that makes it difficult for North Dakota to sell electricity from new, coal-fueled power plants to Minnesota, a Pawlenty spokesman said Wednesday.
