		<description>This debate also continues in the UK. Carbon capture and storage could increase electricity costs by 50%. As technology evolves the cost will reduce. The cheapest way to capture and store carbon has been with us for millions of years. 
Method. (1) Plant trees. (2) When grown harvest trees. (3) Bury trees deep underground. (4) Plant more trees. 
At some time in the distant future someone will dig up and burn the coal.  Plant, harvest, bury. Offset cost. 
We must reduce energy use. Higher energy costs will fuel the drive to greater efficiency.</description>
