The UKs current housing stock needs to be retrofitted in order to meet increasingly important CO2 targets, according to an expert at Whatgreenhome.com.
Gordon Miller, founder of whatgreenhome.com, made the comments after the government announced a series of initiatives to make Britains homes greener.

Seeing asthough 80% of the homes in which we will live in 2050 have already been built then of course retrofitting is needed. The question is whether it is a priority for the government to pay for millions of homes to be retrofitted in the current economic climate.
