Bethlehem’s water agency is looking to use its sprawling 23,000-acre watershed in the Pocono Mountains to bring the debt ridden utility a little more green.
The land contains thousands of black cherry, oak and other trees the authority can cash in not only by logging them, but also by keeping them standing.
