IETA Says Industry CO2 Trade May Work in Place of Broader Caps


March 5 (Bloomberg) — Carbon trading programs for high- polluting industries may fill the void as broader cap-and-trade systems for entire economies face opposition in emerging nations, according to the International Emissions Trading Association.
