Czechs plan about 30 pct tax on carbon emissions

Oct 27 (Reuters) – The Czech government plans to slap about 30 percent tax on carbon dioxide emissions allowances granted to power generation companies in 2011 and 2012, Industry and Trade Minister Martin Kocourek said on Wednesday.
