Copenhagen, Denmark – With only 48 hours remaining to unravel the crunch issues here, UN Framework Convention on Climate Change executive secretary, Yvo de Boer, said the conference had laid down the basis for an outcome and that worl d leaders should now ensure that the conference achieved results in Copenhagen.
