I am lucky. I live on the top of a hill. If the sea leval rises by 2 metrs it will not bother me. Yet in India and China where millions of people would be flooded out of their homes, starved as farmland is flooded even if the sea level rose by only 100mm they do not seem to care. Yet we in the UK should cut energy use and CO2 emissions. Where will they go when their feet get wet and they are starving? Russia? I think not.
