Carbon reduction targets too low: Africa

Developed nations have set their carbon reductions targets too low, according to African climate change negotiator Lumumba Di-Aping. Di-Aping has identified Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown as two leaders who have played politics rather than committed to an agreement.
