INTERVIEW – Europe’s ECX sceptical on Australia carbon market

GOLD COAST, Australia, Oct 29 (Reuters) – The operator of world’s largest carbon market, European Climate Exchange (ECX), has shelved plans to expand into Australia, concerned that the nation’s planned cap-and-trade scheme had stalled.
