, a large electricity generation firm, has initiated a pilot project in collaboration with Chinese and Australian research bodies to capture CO2 from coal-fired plants. This project will be first scheme to test the feasibility of post-combustion capture (PCC) in China, which has the worlds largest consumption of coal-fired energy.
