UPDATE 2-Australian climate adviser urges A$20 to A$30 carbon price


CANBERRA, March 17 (Reuters) – Australia’s top climate adviser on Thursday urged the government to set a carbon price between A$20 and A$30 a tonne from mid-2012, raising concerns from manufacturers over the cost of pollution but winning support from environment groups.
