Australia aims for carbon tax details by July


CANBERRA May 4 (Reuters) – Australia will announce details of its new carbon tax by July, Prime Minister Julia Gillard said on Wednesday, as a new poll shows overwhelming public opposition to the plan which is a central policy of the minority government.
