BANGKOK, Dec 12 (TNA) — Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva, set to attend the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen (COP 15) next week, has urged all countries attending the meeting to reach a common stance in cutting carbon-dioxide emissions.
