China, Not UN, Controls Carbon Offsets, Stanford Says (Update1)


March 15 (Bloomberg) — Chinas control over the prices of power from wind is dictating the supply of tradable emission credits in the UN carbon market, the worlds second biggest, according to a report from Stanford University.
